What Are You Willing to COMMIT to for Your Success?

Last week, I asked: “What do you need to stop doing to create more success next year?

Now it’s time for the second, tougher question:

Not wish for.
Not dabble with.
Commit.

Salespeople – don’t lie to yourself:

  • Will you commit to protecting your prospecting time like it’s a customer meeting?
  • Can you commit to mastering the basics, not just winging it with charm and caffeine?
  • Are you ready to commit to showing up with belief, even on the days you don’t feel like it?

Sales Leaders – how about you:

  • Will you commit to coaching the middle of your team, not just managing the extremes?
  • Can you commit to leading with vision, not reacting to this week’s fire drill?
  • Are you ready to commit to building a team that doesn’t need you in every meeting to move forward?

🧩 Big success doesn’t come from big plans. It comes from small commitments you actually keep.

Especially on the hard days.

Before the new year takes over your calendar, take 3 minutes and ask yourself:

“What’s one thing I will commit to doing; every day, every week that moves me toward success?”

It doesn’t have to be fancy. Just something you’ll really do.

Cheers,
Lynn
