Gap Up Your #InsideSales Game

My dear friend and sales colleague Dianna Geairn and I were having virtual cocktails (which is a thing we’ve been doing for YEARS as we don’t have the opportunity to see each other nearly enough… it’s our mutual admiration society meeting). She was talking about some people we both know and shared they’d helped her “Gap Up” to where she is today.

I’d not heard that phrasing before. So of course I looked it up on the internet… because that is what I do.

“A Gap Up is when a stock opens at a higher level than the previous day’s high.”

So as a salesperson – how AWESOME is that idea – hanging out with people, ideas, concepts, that inevitably make us better than we were yesterday.

I have to say Dianna has certainly been someone who helps me to gap up.
