When you look back with 2020 hindsight there are three things to be ready for:

1. to celebrate making your goals… which means you need to know what they are NOW.
2. believe you’ve put in all the effort you possibly could… which means you need to decide what effort will be required.
3. have new skills to help you be successful… which means you need to know what you want to learn and determine the best way to gain the knowledge you need.
