This week I’m hanging out with what someone has described as “an awesome group of BAD mamajammas” along with “women you want on stage – kicking ass and taking names” and more…
Every year,
- I’m inspired by their brilliance.
- Called on my own BS.
- Take away something amazing I’m going to implement.
- Challenged.
I leave excited, energized, exhausted, a little sad it’s over, and excited to create something new/different/better myself.
What does that have to do with you?
What are YOU doing to be a better you… better at the role you’re in at work… better suited for the role you want to play in your career?
If the answer is nothing – that is exactly what you’re going to get.
Here are a few lessons I’ve learned and written about in the past year from four of the women I’m hanging out with this week:
Colleen Stanley – strengthening my empathy muscle
Debbie Mrazek – keeping focused and diligent in applying new habits
Jill Konrath – taking risks
Nancy Bleeke – slowing down
Find your tribe and learn from them!
