I truly believe the more you read, the better leader you become. It doesn’t matter if you’re leading a Company – Division – Team – or YOURSELF.

Read to find new ideas, good reminders, self-motivation, best practices.

I always have more books than I could possibly read in a year… because I use my Chinese Buffet Theory of Learning; taking what I like, what I need at the moment to become better, leaving the rest on the page and not worrying about it.

Screen vs. Page is NOT a discussion we’re getting into here – it’s about finding a way to never stop learning, never stop striving to be better at what you do.

Salespeople have shared they prefer blog post length snippets of information.

I’ve heard from others; they like white papers to uncover what they can use today in conversation.

Articles – blog posts – tweets – I don’t believe it matters as long as you are consistently looking for ideas to support your success.
