What if instead of thinking of “dialing for dollars” every time you picked up the phone your objective was a conversation.

My definition of a conversation =
an exchange of ideas between people

Not worrying about the ultimate outcome.

Instead focusing on the here & now – listening to what your prospect/customer is saying, then asking insightful questions with true curiosity of what is going on in their world.

Every dial, doing everything in your power to have a conversation.

What would change?

Ultimately I believe you will be more successful in the outcomes you’re looking for – if you are present and listen to what is happening NOW.

Stop worrying about the dollars and start connecting with the people on the other end of the phone.
