I’m not saying basset hounds make bad pets or companions. I’m suggesting you don’t make them your inside sales management mascot:
Sure they are friendly… but their easygoing nature may be mistaken for disinterest.
They can be fairly smart… yet are somewhat stubborn regardless if they are doing the right OR the wrong thing.
Their bark can be a warning… although it becomes a nuisance because it’s typically not backed up with any action.
They dig when they are bored… not for something rather into anything.
and don’t forget the drool.
