I find “I need more time.” an interesting phrase.
Why? because no one gets MORE time, we all have exactly the same amount.
24 hours x 365 days (with that extra day on leap year).
Don’t roll your eyes at me!
Yes I know the phrase means you need more time for something specific.
The reality is, getting more time for that = taking away available time for something else.
Which is why today, what I really need is to prioritize how I use my time more wisely.
Plus a better estimating ability for the time each task will require.
