Too often inside sales managers who have been inside salespeople seem to dictate the “how” to the people on their team.
Instead; for the next week I’m going to challenge you to change up your approach.

> That is a tough one, before I share what I’d try – let’s nail down the result you’re going for…
> I bet together we can come up with three ways to achieve (the result)
NOW get them to give you a couple ideas, and share yours THIRD.
