Navigate to a destination

It’s not enough to tell your team what result you’re looking for.

The destination you want them to reach.

You have to ensure they have the tools to navigate from where they are right now – to where you want them to go.

If we are going to sail around the world we need:

> compass
> map
> a boat
> supplies
> food & water
> know how to sail
> know how to navigate

What does your team need to navigate to the sales destination you’re trying to reach?

Make sure you give it ALL to them. As they work to move forward what they need may change, help them with what they need to navigate to begin AND as their success journey progresses.
