Here’s an idea

I have an idea, an idea about change.

A light bulb gets as bright if you twist the dimmer switch all the way up as it does when flipped on.

Perhaps changing in degrees is a better fit for what you’re trying to accomplish than going cold turkey OR full on.

Think of it like a Couch to 5K running program. Instead of going out and trying to run – you work toward that objective, building up to it.

It’s worth thinking about!

Even if it may take a bit of introspection to discover if:
> you are working on a change that requires small steps forward
> you are someone who prefers to jump or wade in

Figure it out and adjust your strategy this week.
