2. their bosses happy
Today I would like all the sales leaders and sales managers in the world to step back and answer the questions:
What about YOU? What are you doing for yourself?
I am going to challenge you to pick one thing that will be good for YOU. Not in a “take your vitamins” kind of way, but something that is:
fun – exciting – a challenge!
Make sure that you are looking inward, taking care of yourself, as well as to the people you are responsible to & for.
Make sure the road you are traveling is the one you want. It doesn’t matter if it is the autobahn or a deserted country road – as long as it is the one YOU want to be on.
Take the time today to answer What about YOU? What are you doing for yourself?

What a great question and response, knowing yourself and seek self improvement are key. Another gift you can do for yourself is to remove the training load responsability from your self now and then. Bring in a out side source to spice up your training.
