#InsideSales… do TWO more, reps

“What would the impact on your organization be…if every inside salesperson achieved goal, ONE more month this year?”

That is the question I ask in the banner when you come to my website.

Today’s question is what if you did TWO more, reps?

No not made goal 2 more months this year. Although that would be AWESOME!!!

This week, every single day do TWO more – of something you know is good for your career:

  • minutes of reading about sales
  • more net new companies researched
  • new contacts called
  • more calls made
  • voicemail / email combos created
  • LinkedIn invites sent

I tend to set my TWO more objective at the end of the previous day, and make it something I failed to do enough of on the current day.

For instance; Friday I was super busy “doing” not “dialing” so my TWO more for Monday was easily set as – TWO BURSTfocus® hours of outbound calling.

Of course then the key is keeping my commitment to myself. Which I know is easier with accountability partners to play along… so I picked two 🙂

See the keys are:
1. to be in the habit of pushing yourself just a little every single day.
2. know what support you need to do it.
3. begin.
