Making assumptions in sales… is costing you money!
You don’t know everything… just because you’ve seen something similar before: ask questions, listen to the answers, ask MORE questions. THEN give your story, and ask how it is similar AND how it is different to the prospect’s scenario.
Then share the solution story, plus ask how it would help AND what is still missing.
