Often when I speak with salespeople and ask about the most important conversation they’ve had with their boss OR what they heard from leadership in a recent sales meeting that impacted them the most
it’s NEITHER “complex” NOR “revolutionary.”

Instead – it’s a little tip or trick, that particular person needed to move forward.

  • in their career
  • for a deal
  • that day

One comment that propelled them forward. Inspired them to try something new. Made an earth shattering difference in their attitude.

The more little things you share, the more likely YOU will impact your teams success.
