How would your days change if you started them all with feelings of promise & curiosity?

The end of Merriam Webster online’s 2nd definition says “especially ground for expectation of success, improvement, or excellence”

If every day as an inside sales leader you expect success – improvement – excellence from your team, one of two things will happen:

  1. you are more likely to notice and comment on the GOOD things happening with your team.
  2. your demeanor will shift, your days will be brighter, you might even enjoy yourself more.

Maybe, just maybe BOTH can happen.

Curiosity

Plus the more questions you ask, interest you show, curiosity you display in every member on your team’s success – improvement – excellence…

the more your team will be energized to do more of those things!

I’m certainly not saying it’s easy – no change every is. This week I challenge you to WORK on starting each day with feelings of promise & curiosity.

THEN you can work on keeping that feeling through your entire day.
