If you agree with my definition of success being when YOU believe you’ve accomplished something important, then you will probably agree:
You don’t always need to change your path. If the one you’re on is still getting you to the destination you desire, keep walking it.
Since the pandemic began everyone has been talking about “pivoting” and “shifting to…” etc. I’m not saying that as inside salespeople we don’t need to take a look at what we’re doing and ensure it’s still getting us to our goals.
I am saying that if what you’re doing is working, your funnel is full, you’re hitting your targets, and being successful… don’t change what you’re doing JUST for the sake of changing.
