Like glancing into an empty room as you walk by and seeing beautiful fall foliage out the window.

It’s what makes listening in inside sales so critical and so valuable.

Not listening for what you want to hear or an answer that indicates you’ve found what your looking for. Pure listening. Listening with; curiosity, the intent to learn, and an open mind.

Listening and paying attention gives you the opportunity to glance into their world and find value – be valuable – make a connection.

Inside sales serendipity is where the best business opportunities are discovered.
