I do still do power hours. I have “played” with multiple people at different times this year.
I’m a huge fan of accountability partnerships. I think it is unreasonable to expect to have ONE person forever so I have several different people I lean on regularly.
Here are my three tips that I gave her, hopefully they’ll be useful for you:
- Make a list of people you know are good “temporary accountability partners.”
- Have conversations about what they need, what you need, and how you can work together.
- Set it up AND have both a reward & consequence pre-negotiated with your accountability partner(s).
