Now it’s time to create a culture of consistency and accountability (I love that idea without going any further!) – specifically as it relates to generating 5x deals.
To me the best part is the striving never goes away: if today’s 5x deal is $50,000, once that becomes your organizations norm;
a 5x becomes $250,000…
then $1,250,000…
and your team will look to go on even further looking for customers to get them to $6,250,000 because of your culture!
Be sure to think about sales talent you’re attracting. Your 5x deal model – methodology – tactics – execution expectations. PLUS be sure you’re rewarding the entire account team well.
From a “consistency and accountability” perspective – create a new set of norms in your organization that will support the pursuit, identification, qualification, and winning of 5x deals.
WOW that sounds difficult – it will take consistency on your part as the leader, don’t let day to day fires change your expectations OR your own involvement in the 5x account and deal outreach.
Stick with it! The rewards are enormous.
