Hardest Leadership Lessons

I have had official corporate jobs that were considered leadership positions based on a hierarchy chart. I’ve earned leadership positions because of my results, efforts, and ethics.

Recently I was asked what the hardest leadership lesson was for me to learn. I instantly said: “Never spend more on someone else’s success than they are willing to spend on themselves.”
