Don’t just review the what. Dig into the why.
After a win, ask:
→ What did I do that made this work?
→ How can I repeat it?

After a loss, ask:
→ What signals did I miss?
→ Would I do anything differently?

📌 Pro tip:
After the win; have a “Why us?” conversation with your customer.
Lost the deal? Time for a “Why not us?” debrief.
