Beware of Little Tasks Taking Sales Time Away

The more you ask salespeople to DO, the less time they have to sell for you!

Today’s brief reminder: as you add tasks to the salespeople’s to-do list, they have less time for outbound customer contact. You may think that it’s more efficient, perhaps it is for your organization.

In my experience, those little things add up 5, 10, 15 minutes at a time and unknowingly you’ve halved your team’s sales activity.
