Inside Sales Solstice #video #LYNNSIGHT

December 21st at 10:27 p.m. becomes winter where I live.

9 hours, 15 minutes and 18 seconds of daylight.

The shortest day of the year always reminds me how important it is to look for bright spots on the darkest days of the year… and in our career.

Two days later – we will have one more second.

By June – there will be almost 6 HOURS more.

In our careers, on the darkest days, we need to look for that one more second of daylight.

A single conversation with a customer, one new opportunity, an inbound request…
Then add them up and realize, that each of those seconds will eventually add up to HOURS more success.

I always light a few candles on the winter solstice to stave off the darkness. I challenge you to figure out what you need to do in your daily work life to create your own light as well.

May the dawn of winter solstice chase the dark away,
Lynn
