To ADD something new,
you’ll have to make space in your brain.
To make space in your brain,
you’ll have to CHANGE how you think…
or stop thinking about something all together.

As you consider productivity, remember to amplify one aspect of what you do every day – there is a very good chance you have to STOP doing something else (since we can’t create more time).

To stop doing something that is one of your habits, you have to have the mental capacity to think about what you’re doing and be mindful. Catching yourself right before you do that thing… so you can STOP yourself.

Which is why you’ll need to make space in your brain to amplify your productivity!
