Listening takes mental effort and attention. Let’s face it, that is HARD WORK. So this week work on your listening capacity by practicing BURSTfocus® techniques while you’re listening.

  • a firm end point (to the end of the conversation)
  • clear steps of progress (repeat what you heard in your own words to confirm understanding)
