Let the light shine in! Never lie to yourself about how you’ve impacted all the good stuff in your life!

To often the inside sales leaders and managers I work with ONLY tell me about the thing that aren’t working, goals that weren’t achieved, set backs rather than forward momentum.

I have to draw out the positive impact they’ve had on their own careers… let alone on the their team members.

RIGHT NOW: name one great thing that you accomplished in the past week.

To build up your positive impact muscles, you’re going to have to start working them out every day.

with utter disregard to perceived significance: every day, before you’re done working – open a notebook and write down ONE positive impact you’ve had today.

I’ll ask you again about this in a month, so don’t wait… begin today.
