When I was a manager walking through the gray cubes of love… I would ask “is that making you any money?” when people looked distracted (or were being distracting).
Somedays I have to ask myself the same question.
Do you have a question to ask that holds you accountable for what you’re doing? Something to pull your attention back to the job of sales?
Something to ask yourself when you know you’re not working toward your goals.
Steal mine if you’d like, or come up with your own. THEN give the people around you permission to ask you THAT question if they see you chasing squirrels.
