Today take stock of your confidence. In sales you need it; some days are easier than others so create a list of reason to believe in yourself.
- keep all the nice notes you get from clients – a kudos file is a great confidence reminder
- track your accomplishments as they happen – it’s harder to look back and remember them.
- believe all the things people tell you they appreciate – never discount something because you “just do it”
Building your self belief doesn’t mean you ignore the negative -> it means you don’t discount or ignore the positive!
