Have you ever been going through archives and find something that makes you think… all over again?

That’s what happened with this 2015 #LYNNSIGHT I found as I was starting to think about what to write for this morning’s Inside Sales Leadership Corner post.

Maybe it’s because lately it seems like people are paying less attention – or perhaps less attention available to pay. There is of course a cost to paying attention, yet I do believe that the benefits outweigh the cost.

Check yourself in conversations with your team, with customers, with other departments.
