I believe sales is not only a profession, an art, and a science… it is also a game.
Frustration Bingo is a game I invented when having a horrible week as an inside salesperson. I decided, instead of getting upset about my current lack of progress, I would truly turn it into a game.
The attached BINGO board includes such favorites as:
- One hang up
- Need info yesterday THEN ghost you
- 5 people tell you “I’ve got nothing going on”
Hopefully it will help you get through your week with a smile on your face instead of a grimace.
Grab your cube mates or accountability partners; have everyone throw in $1 (even if it’s a virtual one) and the first person to shout (yes you can shout on instant message/text) BINGO wins the money.
If you’re a frontline sales manager or leader – sweeten the deal by matching the money your team is willing to throw into the pot.
Never have the non-successes of inside sales been so much fun!
