Always & Never = dangerous thinking! words have POWER, use them carefully.
Most things in sales don’t “always” work or “never” work… try “best practice is” instead.
In training classes I will say “the ONE time something works – don’t call me” as well as “the FIRST time you try something and you’re not successful – don’t give up”
Think about the words you are using to describe:
> the behaviors you want
> the results they can achieve
> what needs to change
