Today, I’m thinking about the increased level of difficulty our remote and hybrid inside sales environments create for sales leaders and managers to catch people doing the right things!
Regardless of what you’re doing now, I’m going to offer up a novel approach:
ASK THEM
- every day: IM someone on your team and ask what they’re most proud of that has happened so far that day.
- in your team meetings: have everyone share the question they’ve been asking that leads to a great conversation.
- in your one-on-ones: ask for three things that the person feels are setting them up for success.
- that they’re working on
- that are now habits
- that they want to do next
