I can’t believe someone in a new hire training class said – I never leave voicemail.
*sigh*
Here are my knee jerk reasons on why that is stupid (yes I said stupid). Leaving voicemail shouldn’t even be in question!
#1 if you don’t leave a message THEY don’t have any idea you’re trying to reach them
#2 calling and not leaving a message DOES NOT count as one of your contact “touches” toward gaining access
