Micro Learning = #InsideSales #Success

I’ll admit it… when I think Micro it’s typically Microbrews not micro learning.

This is NOT a new idea, for ages I’ve spoken about changing ONE thing at a time for inside sales success.

From a leadership perspective I’d like you to think about every person on your team. Now write down one tiny thing that would move them forward in their inside sales career.

Here are a few examples.

Inside Salespeople
* make one more call before you go to lunch
* ask why
* smile while you’re leaving voicemail

Front Line Managers
* observe one call and share the BEST thing you heard the salesperson do
* call the NEXT political level up from your salespeople’s best contact at their best customer
* have everyone bring and share one sales success at your next team meeting

See nothing earth shattering, but the beginnings of good success habits.

Once the micro learning is ingrained – move on to the next one that makes logical sense! It is critical that they are individual – as everyone on your team is at a different spot in their career development.
